Just 11 days to go before we fly out to France. So much to do - there seemed to be so much time but it has really gone so quickly.
Our 6 month visas arrived last Thursday, just 2 weeks since we applied - Phew. Couldn't believe all the documentation we needed. Even a police name check and a stat dec stating we wouldn't be looking for work while we are in France.
I have been trying to get as many restaurant reviews done as possible before we go. At least enough to take us up to the end of September. I may not get there. Still have to go to Moneypenny at Honeysuckle and the new County Dining at Arnotts, Morpeth.
Packing - managed to fit all our ski clothes (for Corvara in February 2014) in one case, using space bags. Hopefully the rest will fit into the other large bag, two carry ons and the zip on back packs.
